Well, I finally got to see one in the
fleis. Fairmont GT in Melbourne.
Factory colour was that bluish tinged white, with a vinyl roof. The roof had been stripped, its dividing trim removed and the whole car painted pretty "wet" with the scarlet red favoured for XY GTs. Factory shaker (got to say, it makes the cheap shakers look cheap), speedo as X described.
Some cool touches - seatbelt catches said "DRUK" (Press), on the radiator an Efrikorner version of Natrad sticker

, various club stickers on the rear glass, different imprint logos on the glazing. Alternator regulator on radiator support panel passenger side; coil mounted where regulator normally is. No rev limiter but some retouched wiring.
Should be able to get some (just a few, no full shots) pics up in a week or so. Not "officially" for sale, but... (We all know that deal, right?) It's tempting but there are bigger issues to deal with at present than another car!
