I remember seeing a thread on here regarding some questions others had regarding the actual compressed thickness of the corteco head gaskets. I had ordered the whole kit from "Mike" and then re-ordered what I thought was the more compressed .38 gasket....then I saw the thread that seemed to indicate it wasn't really any different than the one that came with the kit. Am I dreaming or did I read that? At any rate I don't really have an issue with it---other than I would like to know what the compressed thickness is, so if I ever get the head milled I will at least get close to the compression I want.
