Torque specs?

I have yet to get a manual on my 1965 Mustang 200 ci. I plan on replacing the valve cover and valve stem seals. What is the torque spec for the rocker arms tower bolts? Its the non adjustable rockers on a 66 year small log head. Would anyone have any advice for this job, I've done this on a older V8. I have all the tools except the valve spring compressor which I will borrow from a friend. Thanks again
