Victor Head Gasket Is No More

I just went today to a NAPA parts place & the Victor 3910VC is no longer available. All the remaining stock of victor gaskets have been pulled off the shelves.

Apparently Fel-Pro now owns victor & the only gasket now is Fel-Pro.

I will check a supplier monday & see if McCord still offers a headgasket????

Any feedback from the troops.

Mike you need to persue a gasket in the .035-.040 range??????? Bill

NAPA changed suppliers to Fel-Pro, but Victor may still be available from other vendors. Fel-Pro is a product of Federal-Mogul, while Victor is owned by Dana. Dana is moving out of the automotive aftermarket to concentrate on OEM business.

hey bill check carquest they have victor head gaskets. you had suggested that i get the victor at napa when i put in my head, when i went there they had felpro. so i went to carquest, they have the victors!

al 8) o check out www.egge.com they carry obsolete engine parts, including head gaskets of OEM style.

try Auto Zone I just got one from them, and they will ship to your house...
