WARNING on Fenton exhaust on ebay (270397003298)

If you are bidding on this item you should know its history;put 270363836292 into the ebay search. Same seller, same item, and I was the winner.I emailed him saying I didn't want priority (2-3 day) @ $40.00 shipping, asked for revised invoice w/7-10 shipping.He complied and I payed via paypal.After 17 days, I emailed him saying hadn't recieved, and requesting location shipped from, date and how shipped, and conf/tracking #. He replied 2 days later, saying he had been out of town, and didn't ship till he got back, a 'couple days ago.' and said "Don't worry". Did not supply shipping info. Waited week, then did "exchange contact info" thru e-bay, (They sent me his phone #, and him mine). I called and left messages, and sent more e-mails; no responce. I was coming up on the deadline to file a claim thru paypal, so I did, and they notified him. In the claim, I emphasised that I still hadn't recieved any shipping info, or the package. No responce.Paypal gave him 14 days to respond, and at 10 days sent him a second notice. Still nothing. So, at 14 days they froze his bank account, and suddenly he comes back to life! Says, in his responce, that he sent me several e-mails, (didn't!) and that the package was returned, and he was going to pay to have it shipped again, but his account was frozen, so he agreed to refund my money in order to unfreeeze his account.Subsequent e-mail from him, he said he sent me a seperate e-mail copy of the email he sent to the post office, asking why the package was retuned. Said "its probably in your Spam folder".It wasn't, or in my Junk folder, or in my regular e-mail.Lost track of the # of lies he told me. Make sure you pay with Paypal, keep track of your deadline, and don't believe anything he says.I won't be bidding this time, so good luck!Jim
