weber 34 ict differences

i have obtained 2 weber 34 ict's. they are in need of a rebuild. i have since found out that these webers were for a volkswagon. i have not started to rebuild them yet. is there any difference or would these be fine to run on my offy set up with a weber ich in the center. my motor is going to be a

'78 200 bored 30 over
264/274 110* lobe center cam
'78 head with 1.75 & 1.5 valves
flat top pistons about 9.5 to compression
balanced bottom end

i'm just not sure if all weber 34 ict's were the same.

those should be just fine especially since they have no chokes-Mine all had chokes so I removed the assemblies on the outers. You may have to rejet, but there are plenty of us that can get ya in the ballpark.

thanks. i figured on the rejetting, i was worried that something like the venturi's or something were differnt. i'm not terribly familiar with carbs. any reccomendations for a place to get a rebuild kit.

the 34's are basically the same carb-just with or without choke circuits and plates.

You can get rebuild kits from Pierce Manifolds in Gilroy, CA. I've purchased from them before, good people to work with.
