Driving along fine. Came to a stop light, and it sounded and felt like a spark plug wire came off.
Limped it home and discovered this

Now I have to determine if I have 1.5 or 1.6 adjustable rockers...find one and hope there's no lifter or cam lobe destruction.

I swear, I'm going back to building guitars and vacuum tube amplifiers...
Less expensive hobby and only half as frustrating.

Looks like this rocker rail assembly came from 'Rocker Arm Unlimited'

I emailed them. Gonna see if I can score a single rocker arm and not have to buy a whole new complete rail.
...and again, hoping the cam and lifter are ok.

The rod was partially wedged in the hole and what was left of the back of the arm.
I rolled it on a flat surface, and it appears to be straight.

Make sure that there is no binding between the pushrod and the rocker and ball through out its travel arc...Maybe low strength locker and a little less torque on the nut.

Good news, Rocker Arm Unlimited just emailed me... I can get just one rocker arm for $25+ S/H.

nice (price'n availability)!! Inspect the damage.
Must define cause of failure, not simply replace.
Doing the same, expecting change, seems folly.
