where can i find x-flo heads

these things are suppose to be more common than the 2v heads but i can only find 1 or 2 places that have reference to them i am of course looking for alloy closed chamber heads with intake
also any llinkage to find them for a 200/250 xflo build transplant int my new girl ethel(named after the original owner) a 1963 comet 4 dr

while i have your attention where do i find E-brake cables or do i have to have them made??

I've always had my cables remade by aircraft linkage repairers. In the US, you may be able to source good repros or used parts more easily.

You're aware that the crossflow head isn't a straight bolt-on to the US motor, right? There is a good amount of messing around. The motors and heads can be located quite readily. Before you buy anything like that on Ebay, seek opinions here on the vendor (some people aren't happy with the deals they got).

well i have seen the 899? for a 250 2v head/intake or 799 for the 250 FI complete to the terminal (for me is 200+++ miles away as i am in maine) on the ebay
i emailed dennis at DSC(or is it DCS?) motorsports since he stocks 302C aussie heads i figured he would be it
i have read of the adjustments that need to be made and compared to what has to be done to the log heads to get near the results and all the time pushing the octane/pinging area of cast iron... alloy is where its at

ethel is one gourgous car but old i figure 125~200 horses would be the Geritol she needs and any fool can build a wheezer now a 260 clevor(clevland winsor) might be interesting but i like the 6 look and i MAY look near original

Talk to Tang67man and Spyke before bidding on anything Aussie you see on Ebay, or purchasing elsewhere. They have both experienced "interesting" outcomes with excessive delays between payment and delivery.

he shipped my 302C heads promptly and is a nice and smart fellow
