Which Transmission lines in a 65 Mustang ?

Hey Everyone,
I've been productive on my '65 Mustang. Now has full suspension/steering and brakes. Just have to put the tires on and it's a roller again ( been a few years...).
I am planning on installing the 1968 vintage C-4 transmission shortly, but I wonder if the fluid ports are different than the 1965 C-4. I think I should order 1968 C4 Mustang lines, instead of the 1965 version ?
Any input on the tranny ports/lines being different ?
TIA,
DannyG

Congrats on all the great progress on your 65 Mustang. There isn't any real difference in the C4 cooling lines ports or their locations from a 1965 to a 1968 C4 transmission case. There is of corse a differance between the 1965 & 1966 early Mustang chassis compared to the later 1967 up Mustang chassis, so I don't know if the 68 cooling lines are going to fit exactly the same as your 65 lines would. In my OPIN I think you would be better off getting the cooling lines for your Mustangs actual year model to be sure. Good luck

Bubba,
You were 100% right ( again). I received the '65 pattern lines today ( NPD is FAST) and they fall perfectly right onto the side of the '68 case.
Thanks again
