Will this carb work? Help with ID!

I found a carter yf and was wondering if someone could tell me if it will work on my 200. It is stamped YF4919S, and stamped on the body is 1957. Can anyone break down the #'s? Almost forgot, it has a tag on it that says FC1005A.
