xf dash swap

the only complaint i have about the interior of an xf is that awful looking dash assembly, that big rectangle speedo thing.

i was wondering will the dash panel(speedoect) from a XE fit in in the place of the xf dash panel , and are the pluggs the same

Yes, it can be made to fit. It's what Dickie Johnston used in his prototype SVO XF.

There is only a little to it. The printed crud on the back of the XE one is old hat. The XD Ghia or Spack set-up is pretty good.
