ok i'm using an after market carb. and its got two ports one is for ported(or timed) vacuum and the other is constant vacuum,i'm thinking that the dsII needs the ported vacuum but i'm not sure
There are some posts on here that go in the pros and cons of the different vacuum sources, but I have found that generally yes you want ported vacuum. This insures you get advance at the right times.
