Alignment pins for 200 engine to transmission

Can anyone tell me how the two alignment pins come out of a 200 cid block. I dont know if they punch out or screw out. I am going from an auto to a manual. Pins need to be reposition. Thanks
 
I can not get these out. Is it possible to buy new ones and install them instead of removing these. Where do you buy these alignment pins from...
 
I would not know where you could buy new. When I had to replace mine, I took them out of a old engine. :unsure:
