Holiday work,H/W 5200 install.

Well, for any one that is not a beleiver in the H/W 2 bbl conversion. It Works!!. Lot of extra work grinding and holding the adapter up while you get the bolts started. I installed my new cast alum v/c. I made studs to hold it down and another poster was right there is a problem getting the nuts on. I don't have a washer on the ft and rear studs, but it looks nice.I used the fairmont/maverick throttle, and cannot get full throttle. will have to adjust that, but its running, and really well. the driveability is much improved and I had a good single barrel carb. Have not tried to adjust anything, it runs too smooth. Next job is to make the adapter ,.090 steel, welded into a drop base air cleaner. thats all for now. I have pics but have to develope them. should be this w/e when I can try and post them.
