What's your favorite head gasket?

Well...I have coolant weeping out the driver's side, and the coolant itself is getting rather dark looking. Time to change the head gasket...and use fresh head bolts with washers this time!!!

So, the title says it all. I want maximum sealing...thickness isn't a big deal in a stock 170. Time for your two cents worth!!!

i've used the fel-pro without any problem in the past. on my latest rebuild i used a victor gasket the compressed thickness was a few thousandths thinner than the fel-pro . i fired it up for the first time saturday , no problems yet. if i have a problem with the victor i will go with the cometic, i asked a friend who owns a speed shop and is a long time drag racer he says he uses them on his race motors and has not had any problems with sealing.

What is the thinest head gasket available on the market? That is what I am interested in!

My Fel-pro is still hanging on even with 15psi of boost (of course that's using ARP head studs, too)
