Is the only difference in the 170 cu in and 200 cu in engines the stroke? Thank you

No, internally bore is different.
170 is a stroked 144
200 has larger bore

AND...

The 250 is a stroked 200 Same Bore with taller block/stroke.

While a 170 is a stroked 144 at 2.94 verses 2.50, a 200 is NOT simply a larger bore 170, as the stroke is also larger at 3.13. The bore for the 144/170 is 3.50 and for the 200/250 the bore is 3.68.
