Different PCV Size For Carb Spacer

I have a 1 3/4" carb spacer for use with a Carter YF setup. This particualar spacer has a PCV snout that has a smaller diamerter hole for the nipple that inserts into it.
I have another one that has a larger hole for use with a 5/16" nipple which accepts the PCV hose setup.

I cannot find a nipple to insert into the snout and I do not want to take off the carb and spacer setup as it is nice and vacuum tight.
Has anyone seen a smaller type nipple on one of these spacers? Any ideas on what to improvise since finding one may be a challenge.
This is yet another dumb change made by Ford to drive us nuts.

Well, I found that by removing the nipple from the fuel pump, it fit into the spaccer plate with a little tapping.
I am still bewidered by the difference in the hole sizes for those spacer plates.

Hi.

I had the same problem with my aftermarket spacer.
I just went to the local hardware store and got me a nice fitting metal garden or barbeque gas hose fitting.
Problem solved..
