Starters with built in solenoids?

Does anyone make a starter with a built in solenoid for the (1968) I6 200? I would like to clean up the wiring in the engine compartment.

Thanks

8) no one that i know of. why not put the battery in the trunk along with the solenoid? that way you run the starter cable under the car.

That is what I plan to do. I thought I could avoid mounting the solenoid in a place where I have to drill new holes in the sheetmetal.

I'm pretty sure the PMGR type have integrated solenoids. Also look up Bosch interchanges by year/model - there may well be one.

8) mount the solenoid to the battery box.
