Spark Plugs

Spark plug question. My 200 engine has worn valve guides and my plugs get fouled often. I'm running a pertronix ignition and coil. I want to run a hotter plug. After reading old posts I cannot determine which is the hotter plug the AP45 or AP46? What would be some other plug options?
