So i opened up my 250 inline valve covers and i found shards of plastic. Looks like it has broken plastic things around the valve springs. What should i do and what is it? Havent seen any other cars with this.
Valve stem oil seals. It may blow a bit of smoke on start up.
They can be replaced, without removing the head if you know the right tricks. There was another thread on here in the last few days
