3.3L 200 Inline 6 - Built it up

Okay, a rather simple idea. I have a 3.3L 200 I6 Big Bell in my 81 stang.

I have a budget of 2500 for parts and labour.

I am looking for street cruising performance / show looks.

Build me !

(the engine is in great shape otherwise, with only 28000 original KM - Crazy I know, It's got a great history)

T4 Turbo ? From what ?
New exhaust header or stock ?
New carb for the blow through ? Which one ?

I have money to burn and a horse to build !

Also seeing as I have a forward facing hood scoop factory, I will be using a TMIC and cutting a hole in the hood to make the scoop functional
