Header and Carb Stud Sizes

Hi Folks,

I recently acquired an eBay header for my 200ci and also an Autolite 2100 locally in great shape. One thing that did not come with either are mounting studs. I’d prefer studs over bolts for both.

I’m stuck on the size for each, however. I realize 1.5” is probably sufficient for both, but what is the NPT or other specs? I would like to go to my local hardware store to pick these up.

Can anyone lend a hand? TIA.

IIRC,they are 3/8x16.MAYBE.

The carb mount holes are 5/16-18, I'm pretty sure the exhaust bolts are 3/8-16, generally studs will have fine threads on the other ends.

Chad - I know Matt stocks them. They are quite expensive with shipping for me. I’d like to try my local hardware store first. If they can’t supply, I will try Matt. I try to spread the small business love around and possibly save a few bucks in the process.
