Aluminum Valve Cover Baffle idea's

Well, it is a known fact that the aluminum unbaffled valve cover allow's to much oil to be sucked up by the pcv.

You can make an extension and raise it by 2 inches like wsa11 has said in other threads.

But, I would like to come up with another solution. I know gus91326 used some Moroso baffles.

I was thinking of making a template of the originals and cutting some aluminum with nibblers.

Or will something like the pictures attached work?


 
That would work.
Probably would have to raise the cover via double gaskets.

Use the modeling clay if U wanna "see" just how much rm U have.
Frm there U can gage the hight (4 a standard type baffle). It certainly
looks to stop ANY splash. I almost thought it wuz some kinda girdle 4 rockers
when the pic 1st flashed up.
