Alternator bolt size

Can any one give me some alternator bolt sizes?

Its on a 200 straight six out of a 68 Mustang.

I really just need the size on the shorter one that goes thru the curved bracket that allows you to slide it left or right to adjust the tension on the drive belt.

Thanks so much!

sorry, don't have that in my mind right now or immediate access to my vehicle.

As a partsman at a local big box automotive house I know many of them have a hanging rack: It is called the "Help" section - yellow, white, red, & green (some Xs all at once) blister packs hang w/prts. On these cards R listed Y/M/M of vehicles. In my mind right now I C an assortment of cad. plated bolts that will fit ur vehicle. Telephone the local if U want - right now. Unless very rural (well even them, if NAPA is close) they should have what U need ("Help" section).

Let us know how U do...
(more wrk & "chancy" is to go to the typical stang/falcon vendors - call it up on their on-line catalogue - look 2C if its specs R listed out, go to local hrdwr store?). We just use whatever we find in the scrap supply 8^0

I'm pretty sure it's a 3/8-16(standard thread) bolt. I didn't want to post unless I checked but if it's a 9/16 wrench, it's a 3/8" bolt.
