Dizzy

I was in a rush to install the module in my Mallory unilite diz.one of the screws holding on the module fell..what I thought was down in the dizzy...so I took the diz.out...forgot to mark the rotor position...at top dead center..should the rotor point at number one cyl.

1 at TDC on the compression stroke will get started.

I do I know if I’m on the compression stroke.

Remove the number 1 spark plug Put your finger or a piece of tissue paper over the number 1 hole as you turn the engine over, as its coming up on compression it will push it out. Good luck

Hi, Google a Ford 200 firing order diagram.
#1 is @ 5:00 o'clock position, pointing kind of at the master cylinder.
Pointing at the #1 spark plug is not right.
