Piston Ring Gap

Freshly .030 overbore on a 68 200 block. I have .030 pistons and moly rings. What should my gaps be?

The tech archive states the compression ring gap should be .015 +/- .005 and the oil ring gap should be .020 +/- .030. There's a pretty big difference, so I'm looking at the min/max range for each. I have the shop manual and it just states to check the gaps accordingly and doesn't give specs. My engine is getting assembled this week, and want to verify the builder has the correct gap measurements.

I've also found different charts from Hastins, Wiseco, etc that have different calculations resulting in slightly different numbers. Any insight for our sixes?

Thanks,
Matthew
