Holley Sniper 2300 and Dizzy for an Aussie 250 2V

Hi Guys, Apologies if this question has previously been answered, I'm brand new to your wonderful forum and am hoping I can call upon the brains trust. I'm considering purchasing Holley Sniper EFI 2300 carbie for my Aussie 250 2V engine. Has anyone installed the Sniper on an Aussie 250 2V and the matching dizzy part no. 565-315 ? I'd like to know if this dissy will fit the Aussie engine (72DA) without modification ? Many thanks
