Pony Carbs.

Does anybody know if their claim of correcting the flaws of the 1100 is true?

8) pony carbs does a great job of reengineering ford carbs.

I got a used one from someone who bought it from them in 2000. IT runs great. It doesn't run as rich and I've not noticed the flat spots anymore either.

A little pricey...but I do think they do a nice rebuild...and it seems as if they correct the problems.

Well, I might try that first. I just didn't want to take a chance on spending the money for nothing.

If you plan to go to a 2V carb...I'd save my money and but one of their 2V autolite 2100s. If you are keeping the 1V...then they are one of the better (if not the best) carb rebuilder.
