Comet

Post #4 by powerband » Fri Jul 08, 2005 8:59 am

I posted this Comet on E-Bay finds when it was for sale on there. I initially thought it was a Comet-Ranchero conversion. I can't figure out what was done with the area behind the shortened roof. On E-Bay the pictures didn't include this area and again on the above site. This is an odd looking car and a tribute to someone's ingenuityand imagination but not easily acceptable as styled.

I knew a guy who used to buy 4 door chevelles and make 2 doors out of them.Of course he was a top notch body work guy and chevelles have a full frame.
