Just south of Kent, WA there are three yards right next to each other; the car was either in Binford's or Budget. I don't know the later Falcons, but am guessing this was mid to late-60s, possibly early 70s. Four door post, straight body, good grille, doors, glass, a car somebody could have sold on Craigslist instead of giving it to the harpies (ten points for identifying poetic reference).
