well, Me and my wife (Diana) was so happy about getting this falcon at the price of $400.00 . but i thought no title...no problem ! it is going to be a very hard to get it titled in the state of florida. hoping a friend can fix this, because it could be my only hope. so here it is....

Don't they have a provision for salvaged, junk or lost title in FLA? Check with AAA if you are a member. Otherwise, check with a local car club or hot rod/custom club. They must have had this problem many times before and know a work-around.

I used Broadway Title Company on my Mustang a couple of years ago, but their prices have shot up dramatically, from $150 to almost $450. There are other title companies out there, they may have lower prices.

So you have to ask yourself, how much would the vehicle have cost with a title, and if getting one through a broker is more than the difference.

Download these Forms and ask the previous owner to fill out and sign the section for the seller and than fill in your sections should be all you need to get the title and registration unless they also require a satiety check in your state.

WOW..... :shock: the broadway title company wants $795.00 for the title. :bang: i am going too see want my friend can do for me. but me and my wife have talk .. if we can get it done through him will have to go to Broadway come tax time. i do have a very good wife ! :nod: (if you guys ask me..... i am sure she has the Falcon Fever !) :twisted:
