Post #1 by john-dickjr » Wed May 23, 2012 2:27 pm

is the suspension on a 1962 falcon the same as the 1694-up mustang, i was looking at the cal tracks and they list them for 1964 up mustang but not a falson-comet..

As I recall the Mustang leaf springs are wider than the Falcon

There were lots of different springs for the Falcons, depending on 2-door, 4-door, wagon, Ranchero.

I'd email or call the nice lady as espo (http://www.springsnthings.com) and ask.
James - '62 Ranchero (200cid), '71 LeSabre (464cid)

The ONLY safety device we need is a 6" sharpened steel spike bolted to the center of the steering wheel of EVERY vehicle.
Emergency Rooms and Funeral Homes will be busy for a week or so, then I predict a dramatic drop in vehicle accidents.
