Dual outlet headers
So my first project I want to do on my baby is replace the single out headers with dual out headers so I can run dual exhaust to make her purr a little bit louder. I am ordering it from mustangsunlimited.com this is the description... Twin outlets are designed for you to fabricate a custom dual exhaust system for more horsepower & to create a more aggressive sound! Includes gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers, & 2 reducers. Tri-Y design features laser cut 3/8" flanges, 16 gauge 1-1/2" primaries & 2-1/2" collectors. So my question is what dual exhaust can I use...any one that will connect to the 2-1/2" connectors that fits the 66 coupe or does it have to be specific the engine size. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Dual outlet headers
Contact Vintage Inlines LLC. (VintageInlines.com) they have two duel exhaust systems designed for our Inline six'es. One that was based on the factory Hi Performace 289 duel exhaust that might work for you. They also have a duel outlet header that fits with this kit too. Good luck

A bad day Drag Racing is still better than a good day at work!
I am still hunting for a project car to build but with my current low budget it's not looking so good. My Ex- Fleet of Sixes these are all long gone!
