302/C4 driveline, and right hand drive (think it was a Mustang-derived dash). Is that a Fleetmaster next to it?

Possibly the only Maverick on the road, here. Colour looks like what we called Ivy Green.

It would have to be an Import.

The Maverick name here was used on what was a swap with the Nissan Patrol rebagded as Ford Maverick. They did not last long.

Nissan sold the Falcon ute at the same time rebadged as ??? Nissan.

You sure? They look like normal mavrick tail lights that have the chrome trim painted.

And weren't there some Mavericks from Brazil that were right hand drive?

I don't know why they'd make RHD Mavys in Brazil. I'm sure this was converted locally, using a sixties Falcon firewall and chopped up Mustang dash top.

i may be wrong but that car looks like it just has a solid red lens without the devision in the bezle for the reverse light

Hmm, perhaps you're right. Didn't even notice the missing reverse lights.

front turn signals have always been orange or clear with orange bulbs so they still light up orange. im pretty sure theres probably an orange rear turn signal law here in the states but it must not hav went into affect untill much later. i stripped out a '88 oldsmobile over the summer that had red rear turn signals
