Jeep 4.0 bottom end

I started to take apart a parts 4.0 Jeep Engine I was given.
You should see one with the pan off.
It has studs and nuts for the main caps.
It has a girdle over top of the main caps.
It is no wonder they hold together very well.

Mine seems to do fine as well. What part of Southern Ohio are you from?

I am from South Point (the most southeren piont in the state) in Lawerence county.
