in the interest of advancing the knowledge of six lovers everywhere.
its interesting as they take a std 202ci GM Holden six ( zillions here in australia) and test various mods
from std single barrel carb = 116 flywheel HP
to 164 flywheel HP carbed /extractors/cam etc
then install in a car behind a 3 speed auto and get :
151 REAR wheel HP on a carb and
then add EFI and get :
166rear wheel HP .
Note the cam put in (a crow 35677) is a 286 deg / 224 @ 50 and 0.467" lift

there isnt too much design diffrernce between the Holden six and our ford sixes ( except maybe the manifold!).
biggest engine holden did was a 202ci where as Ford went to 250
