Thanks Bubba. The head has already been redone. The short block has been disassembled. I have all the pieces from oil pan to oil filter thingy. I am going to sell it all, just want to know how to advertise it.

It sure is big!
 
The 223 sixes were used form 1954 to 64 in cars and trucks truck version is a little different on engine mounting IE front mount and bell housing, car had side mounts and rear of trans but with right parts will fit both cars or trucks. With a bit of work will fit in place of the 215 six in 1952 - 53 cars and trucks. If I was closer I come and take a look at it. If you have your Vin code can tell you more than some also had the Y block V8's Good luck on sale
