Is there anything I should be aware of before doing this job? I'll PB Blast it for a couple of days first. Joe

Its not a very hard job about all you need to look out for is that the manifolds are clean and straght. I use a Rubber type sanding block with some 80 grit sand paper to clean the head and manifolds. Lay a straight edge across them if they check out then you are good to go, if not look for a machine shop that has a belt type surfacer to have them trued. Bolt them on using the stock torque spec patern or if you dont have the book digram work from the center out snugging them up in three steps to the factory torque. If you want to use sealer on the gaskets the Form A Gasket non-Hardening type works good on the intake and some of the spray CopperCoat is good on the exhaust. Good Luck
