1946 Ford two door sedan Flat Head 6

It has been a long time since pulling one on a flat six. If I remember right, there are 2 very long bolts that need to be loosened almost all the way. Maybe a clip to the oil pan as well. If memory serves me right the 2 bolts actually hold the entire starter together as well, so if removed all the way before starter is loose, the whole thing will fall apart. The front then has to be pitched down for clearance to remove, but is tricky because of long shaft. It is probably why I can't completely remember. Never wanted to do again.
