Pulling a 262

I could use a bit of help on pulling my 262 for a rebuild and some fresh paint. And maybe a 6=8 aluminum intake ;)
I'm reading the Remove Engine section of the Repair Manual for my 64 F100.
Step 6 reads: "Remove the engine rear cover plate to flywheel housing upper right and lower left retaining bolts"
I'm a bit lost. Are these the bolts that run through the bellhousing into the back of the block? I think so so i removed the plate in the cab over the transmission so i can get at the bolt heads. I see 3 bolts. 2 at the top and 1 below which is on the side that is opposite the starter.

I took a couple photos but i think my account is too new to post photos yet.

any guidance is appreciated.

Here is a link to a pic that shows two bolts I think are the retaining bolts. There is a third, not pictured, at the top on the left.

 ok yes that will sure work too. Usually I will pull the trans first then pull the engine out with the bell housing still attached. (y)
