I am rebuilding my ford engine of 6 cyl 223 from 1961. I have lost one piece. The piece is a spacer that appears in the diagram with code 6265. I believe that the complete code is the C2AZ-6265-A (???). I don´t find that spacer do somebody have one. Does somebody know where I can buy it?

Another option is to manufacture it, but not even I have seen a photo of the piece.
Does somebody have one who can measure?
- External diameter:
- Interior diameter:
- Thickness:
- What material is done?

Does somebody know what would happen if I did not put it?
How important is this spacer? On some site I have read that it can be removed without problems.

Yes you will need to have the spacer to keep the cam in the right position in relation to the cam thrust plate. Good luck in your hunt (y)
