You will also need the small "wedding ring" spacer from the old cam and also the camshaft thrust plate. The thrust plate is VERY brittle so do not put any force on it whatsoever when removing the old gear.
Heat that aluminum gear up to about 300º in the oven and it will slide right on there, make sure the spacer is in place though because when it cools down it's TIGHT!
