I ran across an ebay ad for 300 industrial forged pistons are they too heavy?

That depends on what rpm you want to use them at.
Are they the L2419F pistons?

They were L2444f their gone now but I bought a industrial engine propane setup. I hope use would be nice if it has forged slugs.

888 grams with the pin, 717 without.
