300 4.9L Passenger Side Timing Plate Question

Post #1 by old28racer » Sun Jul 07, 2019 12:10 am

The timing plate shown in the photo is the one on my 1971 F250 300" motor. This plate starts at 6* ATDC Then runs out at 14* BTDC. Anyone have one or two I can purchase from them or know where I can get some new or used? Wrecking yards in my area don't have any 300 motor stuff.

This timing plate is on the passenger side of the cam gear cover and is attached to one of the cover mounting bolts.
