how big is to big

have come into possion of a garret turbo which may be a little on the large side.
its a gt4508r specs here

it has a 1.01 or 1.15 havent looked at in a while turbine housing.
its recomended for 5 to 8L engine's with a power celing of 800-1200hp.
will this spool before 5000 on a 250cuin crossflow
i know its probly not optimal but i got it for the right price a slab of beer and its in g/c and know its history

Sorry pal, that thing is just too big. I think even the GT 37 series would be too big, unless you plan on running 30 psi . . .

from the guys in aus hat ive found is a gt 35 is a decent dtreetable turbo.
with 900-1000hp 250's running gt42's
just need more cube's to run it
