Few questions on 200 I6

I just purchased a 1968 mustang 200 I6 to replace my blown up 144. When I have the motor out I am wanting to do a turbo build, I have been searching the forum and I am still unsure of a few things. Is it possible to do a blow through with a 1bbl or would I need to do a different style? Also what is the best turbo for a stock block, I am only looking to run maybe 7psi.

You CAN run a 1 barrel but would be better to go bigger, holley 2 barrel is what I run. As for the turbo, just do some searching and you will find numerous turbos that will work. I used to run a stock Buick GN turbo and loved it, now Im running a TE44 upgrade turbo and love it even more. Ive run a built bottom end and stock bottom end other than the custom cam and both did really well so long as you have plenty of fuel and you keep an eye on the timing. Have fun!
