2V valve

what are you US guys using for valve seals in your 2V heads?
I'm working on freshing up mine and I need seals.

Also what is the spring sujjestions for a mild build. I would like a little heavier spring.

springs we just use what fits from the v8's i think windsors work.
as for seals which ever come with the kit lol
although there are a couple of a/m ones from like crow.
are you using hyd or soild cam hyd is say start at 100lb seating

I was thinking of a 100ld single wound spring like they use to call a Z28 spring. But I'm going to one of the autoparts stores that are not really good with looking stuff up... its not really the store just the service.

I'm sure theres not a kits in the Autozone or Oriellys for a Oz 2v...aren't the valve stems narrower then the US 200? or are they the same?

I was thinking of cutting my own intake manifold gaskets .
