200 ARP Rod bolts

Is it worthwhile putting arp rod bolts in my 200 Im building. I dont plan to rev it much past 4500rpm. And if so, what ones do I use, are they the same as some other engine (V8 maybe) as I cant seem to find a listing on the ARP site. Engine is a 200 out of an XR

they are the same as windsor ones.
I will have a look over the weekend for the part number of the ones i used
