I have a X-Flow in my USA '62 Ranchero and need to find a radiator that will fit and cool.I don't know it the inlet and outlet sizes are the same as an american 250.Thanks for any and all help Ken N.

Ken, as the water pump and thermostat housing are interchangeable with US 250s, you'll be able to find some hoses that allow use of a US spec radiator.
Otherwise you might look at the aftermarket crossflow radiators from people like Summit. Many installers of crossflows trim the radiator support panel pressed area, to increase the opening about 1" each side.
