Bosch gt40 for Ford 240ci????

Post #1 by 1971_F250 » Thu Dec 08, 2016 6:34 am

G'day to all aussie owners,

My 40+ yr old coil stuffed up in my 1971 F250 w/ Ford 3.9L 240ci......there's no way i'm going to replace it with some cheap coil. I'm thinking of going for the Bosch gt40 non resistor coil but Bosch also got another Gt40R which it comes with the resistor. Just wondering which one would be more suitable for it??

If you have a radio in your F250 that you listen to
I'd go with the resistor type.
